- 1Start at a connected store
You place your order on the store as usual. At payment, its checkout opens Payavex with your order reference and amount already attached.
- 2Choose a coin and its network
Pick the cryptocurrency you want to pay with, then the network you will send it from. The token and the network are two separate choices, and both have to match what you send.
- 3Check the details before you send
The checkout shows the exact crypto amount, the receiving address, the network, and a destination tag or memo where the network needs one. Check all of them against your wallet.
- 4Send the exact amount in time
Send the amount shown before the quote expires. The exact figure is what links your transfer to your order, so do not round it or let your wallet deduct the fee from it.
- 5Follow the payment
Payavex watches the network for your transfer and then waits for the confirmations that network requires. The page updates as it happens — you can leave it open.
- 6Return to the store
Once the payment confirms, the store is notified and you can go back to your order. The store handles fulfilment and any question about what you bought.
What the status means.
An illustration of the states you will see on the checkout page.
Nothing received yet. The address and amount are waiting for your transfer.
Your transfer was seen on the network and is collecting confirmations.
Confirmed. The store has been notified and can complete your order.
If something goes wrong.
Why does confirmation take time?
A transfer is only final once the network it was sent on has confirmed it, and each network sets its own bar. Payavex waits for the number of confirmations configured for that network before marking a payment as paid.
Network congestion and the fee you paid both affect how quickly that happens, which is why we do not publish a fixed time.
My invoice expired before I sent it.
The quote holds a specific crypto amount for a limited window. Once it expires, that amount is no longer valid, so start a new payment from the store rather than sending to the old address.
If you already sent it after expiry, the payment is recorded as late and reviewed by hand. Send us the transaction hash along with the order reference.
I used the wrong network.
A token exists separately on each network. If the checkout asked for USDT on TRON and you sent USDT on Ethereum, the payment will not be seen against your invoice, because it arrived somewhere else.
Do not send again before contacting us. Send the transaction hash, the network you actually used and the order reference, and we will tell you what can be done. Recovery is not possible in every case, and nothing is promised in advance.
I sent less than the amount shown.
The invoice is marked underpaid and held rather than completed, because the amount received does not cover the order. A person reviews it.
Contact the store, or send us the details with the transaction hash.
Where can I find my order?
Your order lives with the store you bought from, not with Payavex. Use the order confirmation or account page on that store.
Payment confirmation and delivery of what you bought are two separate events: a confirmed payment means the money arrived, and the store then fulfils the order.
