From checkout to confirmation.
Three steps, the same on every store that uses Payavex.
Choose your crypto
Pick a coin at checkout, then the network you will send it from. USDT on TRON and USDT on Ethereum are separate choices — the one you pick is the one to send.
Send your payment
Send the exact amount shown, to the address shown, before the quote expires. Copy it or scan the QR code from your wallet.
Follow confirmation
Watch the status update as the network confirms your transfer. When it is confirmed, the store is notified and you can head back to your order.
One connected payment experience.
Every store on Payavex shares the same checkout, the same payment states and the same place to get help.
A status you can read
Awaiting payment, confirming, paid, expired — each state says what is happening and what to do next, instead of a spinner.
The same checkout everywhere
Learn it once. The coin list, the amount, the address and the timer work the same way on every connected store.
Payment help that can look it up
Send an invoice reference or a transaction hash and we can trace the payment itself — not just tell you to wait.
Built to connect your stores.
Create a payment from your server, check its status whenever you need it, and receive a signed callback the moment it changes. Plain HTTP and JSON — no SDK required.
Create a payment
Post an order reference and an amount. You get a checkout URL to send the customer to.
Check the status
Ask for the current state of any invoice at any time. Your server decides when an order is paid.
Handle callbacks
Signed status updates, retried on failure. Verify the signature and update your order.
Common questions.
How do I pay with crypto?
Start your order at the store. When you reach payment, the Payavex checkout opens with your order amount already filled in. Choose a coin and the network you will send from, then send the exact amount shown to the address shown.
Copy the address with the copy button or scan the QR code from your wallet app. Do not edit the amount — the exact figure is how your payment is matched to your order.
Why is my payment confirming?
Every transfer has to be confirmed by the network you sent it on before it counts as paid. Payavex watches for your transfer and then waits for the number of confirmations that network requires.
How long that takes depends on the network and how busy it is, so we do not quote a fixed time. The checkout page shows the progress while it happens, and you can leave the page open.
Who can help with an order?
Payavex handles the payment; the store you bought from handles the order itself. For anything about what you bought — delivery, a code that will not redeem, a refund — contact that store.
If the payment itself went wrong (sent on the wrong network, sent after the timer expired, sent less than the amount shown), send us the details and we will look it up.
What happens if I send the wrong amount?
If you send less than the amount shown, the checkout marks the payment as underpaid and holds it rather than completing the order. If you send after the quote expires, it is recorded as a late payment. Both cases are reviewed by hand — nothing is written off automatically.
Contact the store with your order reference, or send us the transaction hash.
Do I need an account with Payavex?
No. Payavex is the checkout the store uses. You pay from your own wallet and go back to the store. There is no Payavex account, no sign-up and no balance to top up.
Clarity at every step.
